Roberto Franzoso is an Italian lawyer (avvocato), and has been a member of the Italian Bar Association of Asti, since 1999.
Since 2018, as a European lawyer, he has
been a member of the Spanish Bar Association of Malaga, where he lives and carries out most of his work as a lawyer.
He Graduated with a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Parma, Italy, in 1995, after completing the Forensic Practice and successfully passed the State Examination at the Court of Appeal of Turin, he obtained the title of Lawyer in 1999.
He has developed his career mostly in Italy, where he founded his law firm in the city of Asti (Piedmont).
He specialises in Private International Law, Contract Law & Professional Civil Responsibility, and has more than 20 years of experience.
