For all of you with a passport that isn’t issued in the EU you will need a visa to move to Spain. Without a visa you can only spend 90 days in a 180 day period. The United Kingdom post-Brexit is now considered a third country and a visa is required to live and work in Spain.
So which visas do you have to choose from? There is the non lucrative visa which is like a retirement visa sometimes called the NLV. In addition, there is the Digital Nomad Visa again abbreviated to the DNV. There is also the employed visa and the self employed visa in addition to the Student Visa. The Golden Visa or investment visa is available if you buy property worth 500,000 euros or more.
