At a breakfast held today, 4th June 2020 with foreign journalists the industry minister Mrs Reyes Moroto announced the opening of the borders with France and Portugal from 22nd June 2020. However, the #Spanish government has issued a notice explaining that on 21st June 2020 people can move around Spain, and international movement will be from 1st July 2020 according to the ‘principle of graduality’ & in coordination with the the #EU. Note that the 1st July 2020 is only what the government is saying, to date 4th June 2020 it has not been written into the law.
