The homologation of a foreign degree to a Spanish degree that allows access to a regulated profession, will entail the possibility of exercising the regulated profession in question under the same conditions as the holders of the Spanish titles that qualify for such exercise. Through this procedure you can request the homologation of higher education degrees granted by foreign institutions to official Spanish university degrees of Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees that give access to regulated professions here in Spain. Anyone can apply from an official non-Spanish higher education institution.
