For the terraces the time bands do not apply. Just as you can go to a store any time it is open, you can also go to a terrace or to a friend’s house. Of course, the groups at each table or set of tables cannot be more than ten people. Bars, restaurants and shops need to have a special time for people aged over 65, they only say a ‘time frame’ but there are no details as yet.
Starting from Phase 1, small group meetings (maximum of 10 people) will be allowed with other people who are not in a risk group and have not been infected with the virus. These visits can be both on the street and in a house. The ministerial order published in the BOE on May 9 2020 indicates that the members of the group must take hygiene and safety measures. In particular, those related to the maintenance of a minimum safety distance of at least two meters, or, failing that, physical protection measures, hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette.
How many kilometers can we travel to see our relatives who are not at risk group?
In Phase 1 contact is already allowed in small groups within the province. If you do not leave it, you can move around the province to see your relatives.
From how many people a meeting is large or small?
During Phase I, when these small meetings can be held, a maximum of 10 people who maintain security distances will be considered as a small group, according to the Government’s announcement.
Can I go to a terrace that is far from my house or even in another municipality?
Yes, as long as you don’t leave your province.
Can I go to the gym in phase 1?
By appointment only, individually and with personal trainer. Ah! And without showers or changing rooms.
I have a reservation to go from a rural house with some friends with whom I do not live on May 17. I will be able to go?
Once Phase 1 is launched, tourist establishments will be able to open, except for the common areas, which will have to wait for their opening to Phase 2. However, if it is in a province other than the one in which you reside, you will not be able to go. So e.g. if you are in Malaga province you have to stay in Malaga.
And can I go to my second residence?
Yes, as long as it is in the same province. The Government has changed its mind regarding this; Although all the documentation related to the de-escalation did not contemplate being able to move to a second residence until phase 2, after announcing it, the government rectified it and if you are in phase 1, you will be able to do so.
Do you know when libraries and museums open? Libraries and museums will begin to open in Phase 1, although with a capacity of 30%. Libraries will only open for loan, return, and room reading, but not for study. Neither in libraries nor in museums will there be cultural activities or audio guides. In addition, between each loan the books will have to be 15 “isolated” days before being loaned again.
We except that there will be a new #BOE for #Malaga tomorrow (Sunday 17th May 2020)
